Viking Tech ("we", "our", or "us") operates Gym Track: Workout Log (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name.
• Workout data: Exercises, sets, reps, weight, RPE, and other training data you log in the App.
• Subscription information: We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect purchase history and subscription status. We store your subscription status (active/inactive) on our servers.
• AI interactions: Messages you send to the AI Coach feature are processed to generate responses. We do not use your AI conversations to train AI models.
• Crash and performance data: We use Sentry to collect crash reports and performance metrics to improve the App.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the App and its features
• To process your workout data and display your training history
• To provide AI-powered coaching and workout analysis
• To manage your subscription and account
• To diagnose technical issues and improve app performance
• To send important service-related communications

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on our servers. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure authentication tokens. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• RevenueCat: For subscription management and in-app purchase processing.
• Sentry: For crash reporting and performance monitoring.
• Anthropic (Claude): For AI-powered coaching and workout analysis features.

These services have their own privacy policies governing their use of your data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your workout data (available to Pro subscribers)

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
